Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in managing and administering employee benefits programs with a focus on government contracting and union environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in benefits administration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with government contracting requirements and union agreements. Utilize UKG software for benefits administration, reporting, and troubleshooting. Handle a high-volume benefits inbox, responding promptly and accurately to employee inquiries. Resolve escalated benefits issues with professionalism and efficiency. Act as a liaison with vendors to address and resolve complex benefit-related concerns. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all benefits transactions. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and contractual regulations. Proven experience with government contracting benefits and union benefits administration. Proficiency in UKG software related to benefits management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requests. Demonstrated ability to work independently and resourcefully. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience handling escalated benefit requests and delivering timely resolutions.
