Job Title: Clinical Data Manager

Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311

⏳ Duration: 6-Month Contract (with potential extension or conversion)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Data Manager to oversee 3–5 clinical trials from a data management perspective. This role involves end-to-end responsibilities—from CRF design and clinical data review to data activities at trial closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary liaison for Data Review, ensuring alignment with therapy-specific requirements.

  • Ability to review, evaluate, and manage clinical trial data

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify study-specific risks to study conduct and patient safety; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Review study data to identify issues with completeness and quality.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to evaluate findings and create action plans.
  • Perform Central Monitoring activities per the Central Monitoring Plan.
  • Direct all data cleaning activities for assigned studies.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in clinical operations or a healthcare-related field.
  • Experience in project management and life sciences/technical environments.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial data collection practices and global operations.
  • Ability to identify risks, analyze impact, and define mitigation strategies.
  • Experience translating clinical trial requirements into technical data specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed inferences.
  • Intermediate project management and therapy-specific knowledge (anatomy, physiology, devices).

Certifications:

  • CCDM or equivalent is a plus (not required).
