Auto Body Technician – Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience with structural and non-structural repairs, a strong understanding of OEM repair procedures, and a commitment to craftsmanship and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and access to the latest repair equipment and OEM training.
Candidates must hold current MIG welding certifications for both steel and aluminum and demonstrate a proven track record in OEM-compliant collision repairs.
Technician Responsibilities:
Perform body repairs to collision-damaged vehicles per OEM specs
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed
Maintain quality and safety throughout the repair process
Use frame machines, welders, and specialty tools appropriately
Accurately document repairs per company and OEM guidelines
Technician Qualifications:
3+ years of collision repair experience (structural and/or non-structural)
MIG welding certification for both steel and aluminum required (I-CAR WCS03/WCA03 or OEM equivalent preferred)
I-CAR Gold Class or Platinum Individual a strong plus
Experience with aluminum repair and structural measuring systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must provide own tools; shop provides OEM tools as required
Willingness to travel domestically for OEM training when required
Collision Estimator – Position Summary:
The Estimator will be responsible for creating accurate and thorough estimates using CCC ONE, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and overseeing repairs from intake to delivery. Estimators must understand OEM repair planning and prioritize safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Estimator Responsibilities:
Write accurate estimates using CCC ONE based on OEM repair procedures
Communicate with customers, insurers, and technicians
Coordinate parts ordering and supplement documentation
Ensure job files are documented thoroughly and correctly
Follow up throughout the repair to ensure workflow and timeline adherence
Estimator Qualifications:
2+ years of estimating experience in a collision center (DRP or OEM experience preferred)
CCC ONE proficiency required
Knowledge of OEM repair guidelines and safe repair practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
I-CAR Estimating or ADAS/EV-related training is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
