Content Writer (Customer Success Stories) Location Remote : Job Title: Content Writer (Customer Success Stories) Employee Type: WS Expected Weekly Hours: 40 Location: Remote Pay Rate : $68.05 to $70.50 per hour Position Summary This position is responsible for organizing, controlling, and writing various content to support the client's business unit(s). Responsibilities
  • Write content such as blogs, product/service briefs, people “spotlight stories”, etc. for various audiences
  • Organize material and complete writing assignments according to the client's set writing standards and styles regarding order, clarity, conciseness, and terminology
  • Maintain records, files of work and revisions, and work in alignment with the client's change management processes and tools
  • Interview/collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve compelling storytelling
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to collect related information including editing and reviewing processes, and tracking deliverable status through assessment, development, and release phases
  • Occasionally work 40+ hours in a week to meet certain team milestones
  • Perform other duties as needed
Education and Credential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, English, Technical Communications, Journalism or related field
  • Eligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status
Experience Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a content writer role
  • 3+ years experience with Dynamics 365
  • 2+ years experience and knowledge of ERP and CERM Systems, implementation, and usage
  • Experience with creating documentation for a technical audience
  • Experience interviewing/collaborating with multiple stakeholders to improve storytelling
  • Experience creating highly visible content and documentation for large and diverse audiences
  • Experience reading some technical document such as code bases, circuit schematics, mechanical drawings, etc. to better understand and incorporate technical content into general content
  • Experience using various content management systems e.g., SharePoint, eDOCS, Bluebeam, etc.
  • Experience using various document version control platforms (e.g., GitHub)
  • Experience using various markup languages (e.g., Markdown) preferred
Skills Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • High proficiency using productivity software such as M365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint)
  • Ability to use project/program management principles and methodologies to consistently meet task deadlines, triage changing priorities, and track issues to resolution
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams with a customer service mindset

  • The position typically operates in a standard office environment and/or from employee's home
  • This is a remote position
  • Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
