A&B Construction is a construction services provider established in 1991, located in Oakland, CA. Our services include demolition, mass excavation, structural excavation, utilities, grading, and paving. We collaborate with our clients on pre-construction services including investigative potholing, archaeological excavation, site clearing, and storm water pollution prevention. Our goal is to deliver high-quality services, safely and on schedule. We work with an experienced team, including union laborers and operators, and establish partnerships with Local Business Enterprises (LBE) and the San Francisco City Build Program. We believe in supporting the communities where we work and live and strive to build long-term partnerships with our clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimating Coordinator located in Oakland, CA. The Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for managing the estimating department, coordinating bids, reaching out to suppliers and subcontractors and proposal writing.
