We are looking for Data Engineers or Architects from Healthcare domain.
Position Overview:
*This position is hybrid with some onsite work in Sacramento. Non-locals are okay who are ready to relocate.
As a senior-level Cloud Architect, this role is responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into robust, scalable cloud-based solutions. The individual will play a key role in shaping the technical direction for developing integrated business and enterprise data product solutions, providing technical expertise to project teams, and ensuring that new and existing software solutions are strategically aligned and effectively developed. Act as a subject matter expert and provide consultation to project teams, ensuring the alignment of solutions with business and technical requirements. This role requires an experienced technical leader with deep knowledge of cloud architecture best practices and the ability to drive innovation in a rapidly evolving cloud environment.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
12 years of recent experience.
Need to have data engineer knowledge. Should have done ETL.
EPIC experience is really helpful.
Hands on in building data frameworks, cloud knowledge, Phyton, they have over 150+ SQL servers so need to manage those. Their environment is cloud.
If someone has healthcare experience that will be great.
They are using databricks, python-based framework.
Need someone from Sacramento. This is hybrid role. (2 days a week). Open for candidates willing to relocate.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Advanced knowledge in formulating state-of-the-art enterprise strategic architecture framework plans.
Advanced knowledge in the engineering, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of a wide range of server and storage platforms.
Expert knowledge of visualization technologies.
Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels.
Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Skilled in developing documentation at a technical and user level.
Requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job family and broad knowledge of other job families within the service line
Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends process or service improvements
Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for the project execution
Solves unique problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions
Impacts the direction and resource allocation for program, project, or services; works within general service line policies and industry guidelines
Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections, and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view
