Overview

Director of Cannabis Cultivation job at Viridian Staffing. Victorville, CA. Viridian Staffing is seeking a seasoned Director of Cultivation to join our Clients expanding cannabis operation located approximately 20 minutes outside of Victorville, California.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm exclusively dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis and hemp industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team across all aspects of cultivation operations.
• Direct a team of department leads while overseeing daily workflows, ensuring quality control, and supporting ongoing improvements in yield, efficiency, and compliance.
• Guide production and maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience managing cultivation teams in regulated environments.
• Hands-on, data-driven leader who can manage people, optimize performance, and build systems that support scalable success.
• Comfortable using digital tools to track progress, monitor output, and report results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to keep teams aligned and motivated.
• Professional demeanor and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with regulated cannabis operations is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $130,000-$180,000
