Service Plumbers (Crystal Coast, Jacksonville, New Bern, and surrounding area)

Compensation: Great pay and bonuses

If you possess the following skills and qualifications we need you on our team:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential service, repair, replacement and installations.
• A passion for exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, reliable, ethical, courteous, friendly, team player
• Goal oriented, willingness to learn new skills
• Thorough and accurate diagnostic skills
• Quality workmanship a must
• Proficient math and writing skills

As a Benjamin Franklin Plumber, you are required to always be fair, honest, respectful and informative with our customers and your team members. You must always uphold the highest standards. You must maintain a clean cut appearance. Our plumbers have one nightly on call assignment during the week and rotate emergency weekend calls. No more week long on call rotations. While our customers' needs are a priority, we understand the importance of offering you a flexible schedule for personal and family time.

Prior sales training, SGI, PSI, Contractors 2000, or Nexstar training a plus but not required. Must be drug free and have no felony convictions, and be willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check. No exceptions.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
