Everlast Epoxy Systems is looking for a  driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in  Columbia, TN . This is a  hybrid inside/outside sales role —you’ll be handed daily leads from our marketing engine, but we also expect you to roll up your sleeves and generate your own opportunities.

We know that a hard to clean or porous floor is a breeding ground for bacteria, germs, and viruses which can get kicked or blown up into the air and both spread airborne diseases and contaminate food.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Following up on warm leads from inbound marketing (phone, Zoom, email).
• Developing and nurturing your own pipeline through outside sales efforts ( don’t worry—we’ll provide guidance and training on how to do this ).
• Building strategic relationships with  General Contractors, Facility Managers, Installers, and Business Owners .
• Creating custom solutions for customers needing  high-performance epoxy flooring .
• Managing your sales pipeline and follow-ups through our CRM ( Go High Level ) to stay organized and maximize conversion.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals with full support from a proven team.

Who You Are:

• A  high-energy, persuasive communicator with a strong phone and Zoom presence.
• Responsive, proactive, and relationship-oriented .
• Experienced in B2B sales—this is  not an entry-level role .
• Able to prove past sales success—we’ll want to see performance metrics from your previous role.
• Excited by the chance to  earn best-in-class commissions based on your effort and results.

📍Location: In-office role based in downtown  Columbia, TN

💼Type: Full-Time | Base + Commission

💰Potential Earnings: $180K+ for top performers
