How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform initial review and analysis of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts
• Identify non-standard terms and potential risks aligned with internal policies
• Coordinate internal approval workflows across legal, finance, and procurement teams
• Maintain accurate contract records within contract lifecycle management systems
• Produce reports tracking contract volume, workflow efficiency, and service levels
• Serve as a point of escalation for contract-related inquiries from paralegal staff

Are you an experienced junior legal professional ready to make an impact?

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 1–5 years of post-bar legal experience with exposure to contract review or drafting
• Working knowledge of common commercial contract terms and conditions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• High level of organization and comfort working in technology-enabled legal environments
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or workflow tools preferred
