Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a part time front desk coordinator. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations within our office.

Key Responsibilities



  • Schedule patient appointments.

  • Maintain HIPAA privacy at all times.

  • Collect and record payments.

  • Handle incoming calls on multi line phone system.

  • Help maintain a clean and organized office area.

Qualifications



  • Prior administrative experience in a medical office preferred but not required.

  • Prior experience with using EMR systems preferred. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
