We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Typist to assist with typing and formatting various documents, data, and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines while working independently from home.
Type and format documents, reports, or handwritten notes into digital files.
Ensure all typed materials are accurate and free from spelling or grammatical errors.
Transcribe audio or video files into text when required.
Organize and store completed documents in designated folders or databases.
Follow formatting instructions and confidentiality guidelines.
Communicate with supervisors or clients to clarify document details if needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent typing speed (at least 40–60 words per minute) with high accuracy.
Strong command of English (spelling, grammar, and punctuation).
Basic computer literacy — familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar tools.
Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
100% remote — work from anywhere.
