Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory and shelf stock of surgical and implantable supplies
Order materials from vendors using hospital systems
Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and adjust inventory balances
Monitor daily implant logs to reorder high-cost items
Maintain accurate product/vendor information in purchasing systems
Respond to product recalls (FDA, CDC, OSHA) and coordinate replacements
Support all perioperative specialties (Cardiac, Ortho, Neuro, etc.) through cross-training
Collaborate with nursing staff to determine stock levels and improve supply processes
Assist with logistics coordination with other departments
Perform other related duties as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in supply chain or materials management (not mandatory)
