Broward Motorsports is looking for a New Parts & Accessories Director!

Company Overview:
We are a leading multi-location Powersports dealership group serving Florida’s passionate rider community. With 8 thriving locations across the state, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Parts & Accessories Director to lead our department to the next level.

Job Summary:
The Parts & Accessories Director is responsible for overseeing inventory operations, optimizing purchasing strategies, evaluating and clearing obsolete stock, and supporting all 8 locations with strategic guidance and in-person leadership. This role requires Powersports industry experience and advanced Excel proficiency .

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage parts and accessories operations across 8 Powersports dealership locations.
• Coordinate and participate in group buying programs to optimize pricing and inventory levels.
• Identify and reduce obsolete or slow-moving inventory .
• Create and implement seasonal promotions and sales strategies.
• Oversee inventory ordering, restocking, and logistics .
• Process and manage parts returns and warranties .
• Use advanced Excel to generate reports, analyze performance, and manage inventory metrics.
• Travel regularly throughout Florida to support and align store operations.

Qualifications:

• Must have Powersports industry experience.
• Prior leadership experience in a multi-location parts department preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and purchasing systems .
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to all 8 Florida locations.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekends for events or store visits

Location:

• 8 Locations from Miami to Orlando
• Position will be based out of either Broward or Palm Beach County area
• Candidates must be based in Florida or willing to relocate
