Work Setting: This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the childs home; youll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.

What Youll Do as a Behavior Technician (RBT): As a Behavior Technician (RBT), youll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Youll help children with autism reach important goals while staying engaged, playful, and active.
You will: Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans Track progress through accurate session data and notes Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success Stay physically active during sessions sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
What Were Looking For Active RBT certification - already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? Great! Not yet? Well support your path to certification Passion for working with children and helping others grow 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license (required) Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
Schedule & Hours Part-time and full-time RBT positions available Afternoon and after-school sessions (MondayFriday; weekends as needed) 1525+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
