Carry On Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Medina, TN! Pay: $20 $24 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours/week) or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible shifts based on your availability

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress
Collaborate with families and team members
Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions
Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Previous experience with ABA or children is a plus (not required)
Must pass background check
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
