What to Expect  

• Working directly with customers, you will help them find everything they need to complete their project in one trip
• We are a bustling operation and time will fly!
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (4-6 hours)
• You must be able to lift 25 to 40 lbs.

Founded in 1922, Pedrotti Ace Hardware operated out of a five hundred square foot storefront in the small Bay Area town of Crockett, Ca. Fast forward to 1992, when the business was relocated to Benicia in the Southampton Shopping Center. Four years later, with a crew of a dozen employees, the store was awarded Benicia's first Business-of -the-Year by the Benicia Chamber of Commerce and also honored with the President's Cup by Ace Hardware, recognizing it as the best Ace Hardware in the United States!
From its humble beginnings, how Pedrotti Hardware grew to become such a distinguished store suggests that Ace is a great place to work! Rooted as a small town merchant, employees are treated and respected like family. The Ace Team is a top-notch group of dedicated and skilled artisans, who willingly share their deep knowledge with each other as well as the community.
