Job SummaryWe are seeking highly experienced Salesforce Architects with 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic technology leader, bridging business requirements with scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures across multiple clouds.
Key Responsibilities Architecture & DesignDefine end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business goals and enterprise standards
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Salesforce clouds
Own data models, integration patterns, security models, and deployment strategies
Lead architectural reviews and provide technical governance across projects
Architect solutions using one or more of the following:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Marketing Cloud
Commerce Cloud
CPQ / Revenue Cloud
Data Cloud
Evaluate and recommend AppExchange products and third-party tools
Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, ETL tools
Define enterprise data strategies including data migration, data quality, and master data management
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc., as applicable)
Act as a technical leader and mentor for developers and administrators
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams
Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and roadmaps
Support presales activities, effort estimation, and solution presentations when required
Define and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns
Drive CI/CD, version control, and release management strategies
Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and scalability
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
5+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead role
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of:
Salesforce security & sharing models
Governor limits and performance optimization
Lightning Web Components (LWC) architecture
Apex, SOQL, Flows, and declarative automation
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
