Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications and solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party applications.

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.

  • Ensure best practices in coding, documentation, testing, and security are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 25+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II (preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

  • Exposure to AppExchange products and managed packages.
