Pay: $25.00 $35.00/hr base + uncapped commissions Top pay for top talent

Schedule: Full-time | 810 hour shifts | No On-Call | Overtime & weekends as needed

What Youll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
• Perform high-quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain solutions, and build trust
• Offer maintenance options and recommend services when appropriate
• Complete accurate service tickets using mobile apps or standard forms
• Follow safety codes and best practices in all repairs and installations

What You Bring

• Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience
• Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Clean, valid Florida drivers license
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus
