Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida.  As a Social Media intern, you will support the daily operations of the social media team while learning how to build and execute strategies that drive business goals. The intern will gain hands-on experience creating social-first content, optimizing posts for engagement, and contributing to a best-in-class brand presence across platforms.

In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship.  We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training.  Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

How You’ll Shine:

• Create social-first content that aligns with brand guidelines and supports campaign goals. Work with the team to draft captions, source assets, and prepare posts for review.
• Help manage and update the social content calendar to ensure timely publication across channels. Collaborate with the team to keep planned content organized and on schedule.
• Monitor social platforms for comments, messages, and mentions to support community engagement efforts. Surface notable feedback, trends, or issues to the team.

What You’ll Bring :

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social media, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Video Editing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Design and editing skills preferred
• Experience running social media accounts is a plus
• Experience creating content for social media account is a plus
• Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2026 in Orlando Florida
• Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
