Are you a strong leader with a passion for helping others and ensuring programs run smoothly? ABC Traffic Programs is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee office operations, staff management, and client services in compliance with State and County regulations.

As a Program Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and support office staff, ensuring high-quality program operations.
• Oversee compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 9, and Health & Safety Code.
• Manage client services, case management, group counseling, and educational sessions.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a professional and supportive environment.
• Monitor office performance, submit reports, and collaborate with Corporate Management to improve outcomes.
• Represent ABC Traffic Programs with professionalism when working with courts, clients, and community partners.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience in alcohol and drug treatment or recovery services (required).
• Active Registration/Certification as SUDC (required).
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.
• You will be scheduled for full-time hours within business hours, but must be available during all business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-7:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM), when mandatory overtime is needed to ensure full office coverage.
