Job Description

IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for one of our top telecom clients. This is a 3 to 6 month contract role with potential to convert to permanent. This position is fully onsite for 5 days a week in Englewood, CO. Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Associate II :

• Utilize iCIMS on a daily basis
• Work with assigned locations to review applications of employment, contact qualified candidates to complete required questionnaires, and schedule candidates for on-site interviews
• Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to drive the types of applicants who turn into hires
• Support recruiting related projects with the business
• Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting
• Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency
• Reporting and projects as assigned

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Associate:

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
• iCIMS experience preferred - Ability to learn to quickly navigate iCIMS applicant tracking system with training provided
• HS diploma required
• Professional interpersonal skills
• Time management
• Problem solving
• Critical decision making
• Ability to influence and detail orientation
• Fluent with office software
• Ability to work in an office based team environment

Compensation Details: $30/hr W2
