REQUIRED
Displays enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality by incorporating operational excellence, 2nd mile service, and emotional connections with our guests and employees
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while working at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members
Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
Displays patience, a desire to continuously learn, comfort with diversity and emotional intelligence
Must be an excellent coach, communicator and team builder
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds

RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Works closely with the Training Director to develop the team while creating a positive work culture
Develops employees through a training program and coaching
Assists the leadership team with assessments, evaluations, etc.
Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to Training Director
Complete understanding of key positions in either the front or back of the store
Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
Troubleshoots minor guest issues
Maintains a clean and pleasant environment Special Instructions
