Working hours - Day 5x8-Hour (07:45 - 16:45)
Total hours - 40

Oncology RN
Must be Oncology Certified (ONCC OR ONS). EPIC Exp preferred.
Start date: ASAP
Years of experience Required: 1
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekends not Required
Certs Required: BLS, ONCC/ONS
Call not required
Locals accepted? Yes, $10 reduction in rate for locals.
RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.
Guaranteed Hours: 40h Contract Approved   Certfications:Certs marked with * are preferred BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), ONS Chemo/immunotherapy   Skills:Skills marked with * are preferred

Chemotherapy

• Administration of chemotherapy
• Continuous Infusion of chemotherapy
• Monitor chemotherapy
• Oral Administration of chemotherapy

IV Therapy/ Infusions

• Blood/Blood product administration
• Care and management of ports
• Central Line/Implanted Line Care

Oncologic Emergencies

• Acute Tumor Lysis Syndrome (ATLS)
• Anaphylaxis
• Extravasation injury
• Hemorrhage
• Sepsis
• Spinal Cord Compression

Professional Knowledge and Skills

• Chest tube care and management
• Neutropenic precautions

Symptom management

• Altered mental status
• Constipation/diarrhea
• Dysphagia
• Edema
• Nausea/vomiting
• Neuropathy
