Job Description
The Dean, Academic Prelicensure provides visionary leadership for the nursing program, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and accreditation standards. The role directs the research, development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives, programs, and academic resources for the pre-licensure nursing program to foster improved retention, academic success, and first-time NCLEX success. Provides leadership that helps students achieve their educational potential in all learning environments, such as standardized testing, remediation, and tutoring services, and NCLEX preparation. Will work collaboratively with and guide the prelicensure campus leaders, BSN-OL leadership, NVCAS, Senior Managers, Student Success Coaches, and student service leadership to ensure the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs for continuous quality improvement.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,171.61 and $181,034.70. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
