We are seeking a Property Casualty Insurance Sales Agent (Personal Lines) to join our team in North Phoenix, Arizona 85027.

NOT A REMOTE POSITION

*** Opportunity to earn over $75,000 year for the right person driven to succeed. Base pay plus commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather prospect information, quote, present and sell personal lines insurance policies to new and existing clients. If you have some commercial lines experience or would be open to learning, there is an opportunity for this as well.
• You will review prospects current insurance coverage, discuss their coverage and using the EZLYNX rater, prepare new quote options to best fit their needs. We are looking for Insurance Professionals who know coverage, not an order taker. We sell on coverage and providing value, not always being cheaper. We are Insurance Professionals and help our prospective clients compare their present coverage and what we are offering which is usually broader coverage at a better value.
• You will serve in a backup roll on occasion answering overflow calls for service to include endorsements, billing and claims and other needs of our clients.
• As an Independent Insurance Agency, we offer personal and business insurance from over 20 top-rated insurance companies saving our clients time and money!
• Our agency is busy and we generate fresh leads every day. We also provide lists to call on including: Cross Sell, Re-Quote and Past Clients.
• Comply with our company's best practices
• We are licensed in 13 states, so there an a real opportunity to grow selling insurance throughout the country.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance
• Previous experience in insurance sales and service is preferred, but not required.
• You will use EZLYNX for quoting/rating prospects for Auto, Home, Condo, Renters and Life Insurance (if licensed in life)
• You will use our Sales Center for tracking your new inbound leads from email and phone calls.
• You will utilize our built-in e-signature system to send applications for new clients to review and e-sign their insurance documents.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Advisory skills - Help clients understand how what your proposal is better than what they have at present. Broader coverage and better value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and stay organized.
